Progress Report for the New York State Pavilion Paint Project 2014
http://www.nyspproject.org

We are all very excited to close out 2014, the 50th anniversary of the World's Fair and the New York State Pavilion. It was a banner year for the pavilion with three Open Gate events and the announcement that funds have been allocated to begin some restoration of the Towers.

Our third Open Gate this past weekend on October 19 was a hit.  Although the crowds were small compared to the first two events, over 500 people visited the pavilion.  That's close to 5000 people this year who went through the gates! It was an amazing Anniversary Celebration Year throughout the Park!

Our work continues. We will do what we can to get the pavilion ready for the winter, and hope to be back early spring to care for the structure however we can. Stay warm and we hope to see you next season!
